Five Guys - Bel Air

$44 for 2 small cheeseburgers, 1 large frit, a hot dog and 2 small drinks. fries were good, burgers were too soggy.

Always had excellent service and well prepared burgers here. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the burgers and fries are always cooked just right.

My favorite place in the world is Five Guys! I know all their locations by heart. When we order pizza, the notifications come through on my app, and we can’t wait for it to be ready! Your employees are incredibly kind to my little boy, and I really appreciate that. One of the main reasons he asks to order from there is because of how grateful he is for the staff who bring him so much joy. It means a lot, especially during times like these. Thank you!

Five Guys is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. This location, in particular, is excellent. They always get our order right, and the food is always hot. The staff is consistently polite. The only downside is that the line can move slowly at times, but I can deal with that for delicious, fresh food.

I just visited the Bel Air location on my way home to Pennsylvania from Virginia. Let me start off by saying the staff was very welcoming. When I walked in a friendly staff member named Tony was sweeping and told me he hoped I was having a great day. Well what a nice start to the visit. My mother and I ordered our food and while we were waiting, we filled up our drinks. Tony was filling the condiments and personally handed us lots for our cups. As we were eating, Tony was cleaning up the floor and asking if we needed anything else and if everything was okay. I have been to some sit down restaurants and haven't had such excellent service as I did today. Tony is a wonderful asset to the company. I will be back to visit again on my next trip!
