Bidra med feedbackAfter arriving on time to pick up my pizza I ordered online. The girl at the desk was less than friendly. She stared at the tip amount for a good minute. She then proceeded to tell me my order wasn't ready. There was an order that looked like it was mine in the warmer. I waited and waited. After 25 mins I asked how much longer. Another girl looked in the warmer where the order had been sitting the whole time. I pointed out that I had asked if that was my order. She said oh well here it is. She could have cared less I sat there unnecessarily for 25 extra minutes.
It's unfortunate because they encourage customers to take their survey, yet my opinion clearly doesn't matter, as I received no reply. I'll share my experience here: I attempted to order online but ended up going to the store where I encountered a counter employee who seemed uninterested in helping. The lobby was in disarray, with a large, spoiled mess of tomato puree on the floor. On April 12, 2019, I tried to place an online order for two pizzas at $5.99 each, but it turned into a frustrating exercise. After eight attempts, I gave up and went to the location on Route 22 in Bel Air, MD. The lobby was dirty, and I have photos of the congealed mess that was left unattended right in front of a waiting area chair. During my time there, no one made an effort to clean the area, which posed a slipping hazard for customers. Another frustrating issue: I paid an extra two dollars for additional cheese, yet what I received was not what I expected. I ordered pepperoni and extra cheese, but the employee who took my order was barely engaged and didn't enhance the experience when I inquired about adding cheese to my $5.99 deal. It felt like I was dealing with a human robot. Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory. Given the lack of customer service from Pizza Hut and the poor quality of my visit, my Google review will reflect my dissatisfaction.
I ordered pizza at 7:02, and it arrived at 7:27. A girl named Jamie took my credit card and kept repeating my name, then disappeared. Ten minutes later, someone brought out an order that looked like mine, delivered by the same girl who had repeated my name to the warmer. After waiting another 12 minutes, I had to honk my horn to get someone's attention. Jamie finally showed up and said they had just boxed it up. Five minutes later, I yelled through the window, and a guy in a red beanie approached to hear my frustration. He checked the warmer and didn't even realize that the order that looked like mine was actually mine! He handed it to us along with the missing salad. The guy in the red beanie handled my anger well and apologized sincerely. We come here often, but this was our worst experience. I'm giving one star because I can't give any less.
I was thrilled to discover that Pizza Hut has revived the BookIt program, as I have many happy memories of being part of it when I was a kid. I decided to order the BookIt bundle, and it turned out to be the perfect lunch for a chilly day. Plus, it means I won’t have to cook for a few more days!
The restaurant was busy, but there was an intern at the front who was very dedicated and informative. He even opened the pizza boxes for customers to see the food. Our order was ready quickly, and the entire team was focused and worked hard. I will definitely return... The food was tasty and well-prepared.
