Tamberino's Pizza Subs - Bel Air

This is a small dine-in carry-out with a Mom Pop customer service atmosphere. They have a Summer time ice cream stand with outdoor seating. I have been going there for 25 years. The pizza is very good but you don't have a choice when it comes to thick or thin crust. The tuna salad is great when it is fresh. Skip the fried shrimp and get the chicken. Try their crab cake, it's quite tasty . Their prices have increased but they are still available. Closed on Sunday Monday.

Excellent food! Very fast and just perfect. Never had a bad meal from this location! I definitely will be back for more!

Tamberinos is a great place. They took a really hard hit from Covid and are still in the recovery stage of it all. There is a lack of staff but the ones there are passionate about keeping the place alive. The food, particularly the subs, are great. My personal favorite item though is the chicken wings, they are extremely crispy and have this perfect breading to them. The pizza I would say is just alright, the crust is nothing special but it all hits the spot

Place was recommended by some friends, but I would not go out of my way to go here again. Food was adequate, nothing special and nothing stand out as far as subs. Attitude of the person answering the phone and taking the order absolutely sucked. Too much trouble to talk clearly so one can understand them, almost seem like it was a PITA to answer the phone. Probably not a good business plan for an establishment that relies heavily on carry out orders. Don't waste your time. Nothing special.

This a great old school sub shop. GREAT subs, along with other really good menu options. Fun retro restaurant dining area. Impeccable service.
