Bidra med feedbackI can't stand the people who fall 1 star on this place. this place is the best. the personal is amazing, and the food never fails. the people who claim the personal are “untreu and evil”, we are either rude and evil, or have no social skills. for people complain about the holding time on the phone, the place is busy, they are not all main priority. that is the goat of the breakfast places and anyone who does not agree is simply wrong.
I encountered a very rude older woman on my recent visit. Today was my third time sitting for over 10 minutes without being attended to. I left feeling starving and decided to go to Port Monmouth Gems instead, where the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient in getting customers served quickly. They could really benefit from sending some of their employees for training there.
The bagels were stale. I've had bagels from other Gems locations, so I was really surprised by how disappointing these were.
It is always good that they have the best French toast bellows that they have ever priced are little high does not make me go often
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor customer service and exorbitant prices. They refuse to allow customers to use the bathroom, citing Covid as the reason, despite no state mandate requiring restaurants to close their restrooms. An employee told me, "I don’t make the rules," which felt like an inadequate response to my situation. To make matters worse, my toasted bagel with butter was a staggering $5.75 because it was a so-called "special bagel." It felt like a total rip-off!
