Côtes-à-côtes

The place was nice inside and outside. During the burger week in Quebec city, at their suggestion I odered ‘burger Pêle-Mêle’ and beer Côte à Côte which was a perfect match and I really liked it.The most important point was their service. Alexandre who was responsible for taking our orders. He knew the balance between checking the table and customer comfort. He was so polite, calm, friendly and very professional.

On a bus tour with 44 people, had a choice of salmon or chicken with wild mushroom gravy, excellent sweet potato mash and great veggies. Great dessert of pastry.

Soup, reminds me of something Shrek would slather on himself in the morning to be cleansed. Steak, still alive, unchewable, tendons have a stronger connection than my mind to reality. A puddle of orange substance I cannot distinguish for reference, unfortunately, accompanies the dish. Good beans tho. Good water. Overall, don’t come to Quebec for steak.Dessert, its a cake. I really don’t doubt its from a near by Walmart. Why is it crunchy tho? Im throwing up while writing this review please help.I want you guys to know I almost always finish my food but I really cant ingest this tiny az cake.

Stopped in for a quick bite after a tour. Quick service and great place to be close to the river. Was a bit cool to eat outside, but noticed they had a patio which looked lovely. Had poutine and French Onion Soup which were both very good.
