Bidra med feedbackI have a great appreciation for Tim Hortons and their coffee, but my experiences at this particular location have been inconsistent when it comes to both food and drinks. I always order the same beverage, yet it seems to taste different almost every time. Some days, it's fantastic and prepared exactly as I requested, while other times, it feels like they’ve forgotten to add the double shots of espresso that I paid for. I understand the need to keep the line moving and serve customers quickly, but I believe that it's important to deliver what customers pay for. I would prefer to wait a little longer for my order to be correct rather than feeling rushed and left dissatisfied.
If you're in a hurry at 7 a.m. during the week, be prepared to wait about 15 minutes in line for coffee. Most of the staff are wonderful, but a few appear to be less enthusiastic about their jobs.
This coffee is the best! I really enjoy Bellefontaine. The atmosphere of the store is great. I just wish it stayed open longer. It would also be nice if the staff were more attentive. I hope the company that bought Tim Hortons pays more attention to their employees' well-being.
