Absolutely garbage customer service. Never get the order right. Customers are horrificly slow and terrible at orders. Management is an absolute joke. You turn off in the middle of your order to interrupt you with something wrong. Do you interrupt each time? Your coffee is never done right and you? the workers who hate their jobs very clearly and are not afraid to show them.

When I first visited, I encountered some issues with certain items. I informed management, and Heather was excellent in arranging a very fresh replacement order. Your commitment to addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction is truly appreciated. I will definitely be returning to this Dunkin'.

I had the egg, bacon, and cheese muffin, and it was quite delicious, along with a fantastic cup of coffee. The service was friendly and attentive. This spot is definitely one of my favorites. Just be prepared to wait a bit during busy times since they’re a bit short-staffed, like many places these days. Enjoy!

The service is decent, but it feels like their main priority is to rush customers out the door as quickly as possible. I ordered the crispy snackin' bacon, and on multiple occasions, I received a small bag of undercooked, greasy bacon. Additionally, I had to try four different debit/credit cards, and none of them seemed to work, even though I use all of them regularly. I don’t plan on returning here.
