Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Belleview

I recently bought chicken ornaments with frits in your Belleview, Florida location and the frits and chicken were not hot as if they were not freshly cooked. I was very disappointed. The lemonade was good. I'm not going back to this place.

Had no spicy chicken at all. Waited about 12 minutes for my chicken and it came out slightly warm and SUPER greasy. So greasy to the point I had an upset stomach. My mac and cheese was slightly warm and very curdled and had a layer of dry unmelted cheddar cheese on it. My brother in law?s fries were soggy. My sprite was good but that?s the only thing. Never coming here again, worst Popeyes i?ve been at and that?s saying something knowing how Popeyes is known for its poor customer service.

Ordered a 3 piece white (skin so soft I thought it was KFC original) unseasoned and the biscuit was a hockey puck. It's 2 pm why is it so hard.. Yes the biscuit was harder than the chicken. You got 2 stars only because of the red beans and rice or you would've gotten 1 star. Almost $12 for basically a small red beans rice. Customer unsatisfied AGAIN!

Love this Popeyes location! The manager Ashley is the best. Every time we eat here the food is fresh, hot, crispy, and juicy. It's not super greasy like some of the others. Ashley always makes sure my order is fresh and correct. All the employees here are really nice.

Food was not fresh. Staff was extremely rude. One staff told me to be quiet when I was letting her know what I ordered, rudely telling me they had my ticket, I didn't need to tell them what I ordered. They truly seemed annoyed to have to fix my order that was over 65.00$. I will not ever be going to the Bellevue Popeyes ever again.
