I regret to give a one-star review, but your staff on Saturday night was very disappointing. Honestly, it felt like they were treating the job as a joke. Three young men were laughing and joking around, but they did little to assist customers or take orders. I ended up leaving just ten minutes after arriving, all because I wanted to order a single coffee. It seems like they don’t take their responsibilities seriously. I suggest you find better employees, as this is not a good impression for your establishment.

Terrible experience. The staff was unprofessional and didn’t follow my order, giving me something I’m allergic to instead. I’m seriously considering legal action to hold them accountable. This place should definitely be shut down.
