Kfc - Belleville

I had an update at the drive-thru, and I must say, Carla was one of the friendliest staff members I've ever encountered. She greeted me warmly with a big smile and was very thorough in checking the accuracy of my order. Her friendliness really made a difference! As for the food, it was exactly what you would expect from a typical fast food place. The standard recipes are usually decent, but the food felt rushed and wasn't the best quality. The staff wasn't rude, but they seemed short and a bit snappy at times, using phrases like, "Wait a minute! Let me check if we have four wings available!" Overall, it wasn't a great representation of what KFC should be.

Please stop selling expired food! People work hard for their money and no one wants to pay high prices for old food. I think the staff should be reconsidered, as they seem negligent.

I had to wait 20 minutes for biscuits just to take them home and they are nothing but teig

Check you food they sell OLD food mixed with good eating had me to wait and what they do on West main do not trust West main or Carlyle sites they should be ashamed

Stop selling old food! people spend hard money nobody want old food especially to high trips the workers should be fired they only old and lazy
