Bidra med feedbackI've consistently had problems at this restaurant. Whether it's their systems being down or the fryer not working, there's always an issue. Today, I didn’t receive half of my order because the fryer was broken. I called to ask for a refund or a replacement, but I didn't get any assistance.
I stopped dining at this restaurant years ago due to consistently poor service and receiving the wrong orders. Now, I've even stopped using DoorDash for this place. The system always seems to be "down," and there's rarely anyone at the pickup window. They should seriously consider closing this location.
I placed an online order and still had to wait 45 minutes in the drive-thru. The nacho chips were unpleasant, and they didn't remove the toppings I requested to be omitted. When we approached the speaker, the employee mentioned they were short-staffed, but there were at least five people around, two of whom were just standing around doing nothing. This Taco Bell has become pretty mediocre over the past few months.
Went through the drive-thru at about 6:50 PM on 12 Nov. 2022. Had a large 6 person dinner order. Got halfway into my orderand they said they were out of Nacho Fries which was half my daughter's wife's order and all of my sister-in-law's order. I had topull to the side to find out replacements. Pulled back around to order the new order only to be told their system was down andthey couldn't take orders. Being out of items, spending a half an hour in the drive-thru, and getting home to find your orderincorrect are all common occurrences at this location. Thankfully I remembered there was a Taco Bell in Caseyville so I wentthere and found they had everything I needed and was quick even with my large order.
Will be my last time today going to this location. I'm over it. Never fails the workers that take your order simply act like they have no patience and hate their life that they are there. I have never felt so u comfortable trying to order my food andbeing consistently cut off because I wasn't ordering fast enough after I sat there no one in front of me and empty parking lotfor a good 5 minutes before ever asked for my order. Then no receipt, food order is always wrong. But to be so verbally insultedwhile trying to get food is ridiculous. You can't tell me other workers don't see this. They all must be this way. Thisgeneration boy ????
