Belleville Pizza

I agree with many of the comments here that this restaurant used to be great, but after my third visit, I have to accept that it's just not good anymore. Four slices of my cake were inedible, and when I called to complain, I was told to wait for replacements, which took over 30 minutes to arrive. There was no apology, no attempt to fix the issue, and no refund. It's important for the restaurant to improve and take care of their loyal customers while they still have them.

This used to be my favorite pizza place. They used to be great at everything and their pizza was delicious. However, something has changed recently and it's a shame. I have tried ordering from them multiple times to see if it was just a fluke, but today's experience was a perfect example of the decline. The pizzas were bland and when I ordered 3 chicken fingers and fries, they sent me an extra order of fries and only two chicken fingers. This is not the way to do business and I will not be ordering from them again. Additionally, the pizza arrived cold and the soda was warm. I work in an office and never receive paperboard or cups when I order food.

I have to say, this was the worst hero I have ever purchased. It was missing the mayo I requested, the bread was stale and unpleasant tasting, falling apart with the first bite. When I asked for oil and vinegar on the side, I received balsamic vinegar instead. It was a complete waste of my time, money, and gas to pick up this subpar sandwich. Stick to ordering pizzas here, the heroes are not worth it.

I ordered a Palermo Square pizza a few months ago and it was the worst pizza I ever had. The crust was like a soft dinner. It was like they ran out of pizza dough and used bread dough. I gave them another chance recently because I didn't order pasta pizza. The guy who answered the phone didn't know what was on the menu. He stopped me about four times for a few minutes. I tried to order cavitelli, and he said they didn't wear it!! I wanted to tell him it was on the menu, but he didn't believe me. I tried to order from the lunch menu.

Love this place. Such a great variety of slices and a welcoming atmosphere. Guys taking the order are very kind, and I love the massive murial on the wall. 12/10
