Caffe Vita - Bellevue

My initial impression of this café was that it is conveniently situated in the mall, but unfortunately, the service did not live up to expectations. I found the baristas to be judgmental and rude. It seems that if you don’t fit their ideal of looking polished and well-groomed, the service will be subpar, as it was for me. The coffee was disappointing and not hot enough. It's quite disheartening that they expect a tip for simply preparing a drink or handing over food. I might have considered tipping if I had received even a bit of friendly conversation. Unfortunately, I don’t plan on returning to this establishment.

Situated in the mall, this café is a reliable option for a great cup of coffee.

Drink a cup of latte after shopping!Scone looks good and tasty too.

I waited online for 20 minutes with my kids. Got to the cashiers, and they said the one in front of me is the last customer. There's nobody behind me. As I sit here to write this review they're taking another customer. Probably cuz we were Asian. People need to stop with the profiling. The barista could've told or cut off the line prior and it was 4:00pm.
