Fogo De Chao Bellevue

This is one of my favorite spots in Bellevue, but it might not have been at its best during the holiday season.

The bar area felt a bit neglected, with some meat dishes left out. I had flipped my coasters to the green side for service, but several servers passed by without attending to us. I was disappointed to find that the all-day happy hour wasn’t actually all day, although my drink was still quite enjoyable. The meat was good, but I wish we could have ordered more rounds to our table. We never received our speck steak. Our previous visits had been much better experiences, so it was a letdown to bring our friends for their first time and end up with a subpar experience sitting in the bar area.

I had the worst dining experience here. Our reservation was made through OpenTable, but they were 45 minutes late seating us. The staff blamed the reservation system but didn’t offer any accommodations or apologies for the delay. By the time we were finally seated, about 25% of the items in the salad bar had run out and weren’t restocked for the evening. Additionally, it took 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Overall, I was very disappointed.

First, it was fantastic to eat. So if they are a meat lover and would love one night to pamper in all their favorite proteins, then this is the place. I also enjoyed the beside dishes they brought us and the marketable had a great choice. now on the service. the entire staff from check-in desk to gauchos and the main manager ensured excellent hospitality and service during a high demand day. you see, we decided to dinate in fogo de chao the day after Christmas and mine, oh my, it was busy! Unfortunately we couldn't sit immediately and had to wait 45 minutes, but the restaurant did what they could do with haste. I think it's all worked out at the end, and there was time for us to buy. that also gave us time to train an appetit, that is something they really need to eat in a churskaria. I just want to express one more thanks to the entire staff and my family and I will definitely be back!

The meat was great! The salad bar was limited and they were having difficulties keeping items stocked. Service was good. Seating felt very crowded; not sure if they just added seating for the holidays or if it always that way. Very different experience than previously had in a California location.
