After a moment, she returned and tossed the restroom key on the counter, telling me to go ahead. Once I was done and washed my hands, I returned the key and told her that there was no need for her to be rude. Shortly after, the manager came to take my order. I addressed my concerns with her, but she didn't respond and acted as if she didn't care. She took my order and went back to the kitchen. At that point, I decided I didn't want to eat there or support a business that doesn't respect its customers. So I asked for a refund and waited for about five minutes. Instead of continuing to be treated poorly, I stepped outside. When I came back in to ask for my money, the cashier loudly exclaimed, "I knew you didn't want to order," and yelled to the back, "It's another one!" while smiling. I chose not to respond because I felt judged and disrespected, and I realized that nothing I said would change the situation. I don't know what issues they might be dealing with, but it shouldn't affect how they treat their customers. I will be looking for a new location because I will not support a restaurant that treats people this way. Plus, the restrooms were filthy.

Seriously delicious and the lady in the drive through was a real mvp letting me switch something last minute and being super sweet about it

I'm not sure what it is, but my fries always seem to arrive cold, even when they come straight from the kitchen.

Waited for 5 minutes for some chilli cheese fries no one in the drive thru 1 coustomer inside my oder was just sitting there getting cold until I asked what's going on .
