Brothers Bus Bistro - Bellingham

Honestly, we have been dining at this restaurant almost weekly for years, as it is one of our favorites. However, it appears that new management has taken over and is not taking good care of it. We have noticed a rise in prices, a decline in service, inconsistent hours, and a decrease in food quality. On the bright side, it is nice that jalapeños are now an option to add.

My partner and I used to love dining at this restaurant for years, but our recent experience was very disappointing. It seems that there is new ownership/management as we did not recognize the employees and the service was completely different. Both employees we encountered were rude and unprofessional, causing us to lose our appetites and not even eat our food. Gruff used to be our favorite brewery with fun and positive energy, but the new management of the food truck has changed that for us. It is unlikely that we will return.

Great location with quick and friendly service! The only downside was that the fries were a bit too salty, but they were still crispy and tasty.

Amazing employees who go above and beyond to give great service in such a tight and limited space. they really make sure to get everything right and they are so very kind. Great food that will keep you coming back
