Donovan's - Bellows Falls

The food was delicious, especially the fish and chips and wings. They also had a great selection of beer. The service was outstanding. We dined in for lunch and the atmosphere was perfect. Plenty of parking available, including free street parking. The price per person was around $20-30.

Decent place, I've been to this location a few times now. Staff is a little all over the place. Sometimes it's a good experience other times it isn't. I do like the atmosphere and the food is what one would expect. Service: Dine in Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

We had a wonderful experience at Donavans restaurant! After a morning of golf in New Hampshire, we finished before noon and were looking for a quick lunch. The staff opened early for us on a particularly cold summer morning and served us a tasty pea soup along with a couple of beers. The meal made our trip to Bellows's memorable with its true Irish hospitality. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5 out of 5.

The owner of the restaurant was very impolite. This was my first time visiting, but I soon found out from others in the community that she is known for being rude. As soon as I entered, she shouted at me and told me that my service dog was not allowed. I explained that I had all the necessary paperwork, but she didn't care. She insisted that she does not allow dogs in her establishment and suggested that I go eat elsewhere. My service dog is trained according to ADA regulations. I will be filing a formal complaint about this incident.
