Sushi Kuu - Belmont

Simple sushi place. The staff is really welcoming, we sit down and cannot be happier with the way we were treated.

Very fresh sushi! Teriyaki chicken fantastic. Customer service is really good. Loved the atmosphere!

During the pandemic, I ordered takeout from this restaurant multiple times because they offer dinner bento boxes for about $20, which include three items. They also have their own website for placing orders.

We ordered through DoorDash from this restaurant, trying their bento and sushi. Everything was delicious, and I'm looking forward to visiting the restaurant in person. I particularly enjoyed the beef short ribs in the bento box!

If you’re at Sushi Kuu, I highly recommend the Unagi; it's fantastic! If you're looking for something to warm you up, definitely try the Udon. I also loved the vegetable and shrimp tempura—so good! When it comes to sushi, you really can't go wrong with any option, but my favorites are the Rainbow Dragon Roll, Spicy Hamachi, and the Four Seasons Roll. If you prefer something lighter, the seafood salad is amazing as well! I can also strongly recommend the Chirashi.
