F5 Coffee Co - Belmont

This is a wonderful place. The coffee has consistently been excellent, and I really love their bagels as well. I'm going to miss this little gem when I move away from Belmont.

One of the best breakfast spots in Perth, this place feels like a hidden gem among locals. I've been enjoying their coffee for a while, and it has always been excellent, but I've only recently started dining in. The food is fantastic! The waffles are a must-try—the best I've ever had. The eggs Benedict is also impressive, with a light and authentic hollandaise sauce. The big breakfast is great as well. The bagels are delicious, and everything in the display case looks tempting. The only downside is that we've had to wait a bit, but it’s clear that each dish is made with great care, so it's definitely worth it. Be sure to try the waffles!

F5 Coffee Co is a modest café nestled among local shops on Belvidere Street in the airport suburb of Belmont. The ambiance is clean and inviting, featuring an enticing display of cakes and sandwiches, alongside a menu that offers an Asian flair. They serve 5 Senses coffee, which is a great perk. Today, we enjoyed a special blend crafted specifically for the café, made from Ethiopian and Brazilian beans. The coffee was smooth and delicious—sweet enough on its own, requiring no sugar. We were particularly fond of our soy latte and soy flat white.

Had a really enjoyable lunch here for 4. Smashed Avo was delicious and well presented. Preserved Lemon Feta was spectacular. Extra points for actually cooking the bacon crispy as we requested. Loved the flavour combos in all the dishes we ordered. Bagels were very fresh. Service was very friendly, and very accomodating of kids (requested the french toast accompaniments be on the side for example). The house made ‘chips’ were very good so crispy, the kids inhaled them. Everything came out piping hot and fresh. Banana smoothies were also good. Love the fact they source their ingredients from local businesses like the butcher a couple of doors down. A few other items on the menu we will try out in future.
