Sbarro - Belvidere

What I don’t understand is why are they asking for a tip? Don’t they make enough money on the food? The food is really expensive at this place and addition to it. They have a section where they asking for a dip. I don’t understand. I know you don’t have to tip them, if you don’t want to, but still other than that, the food is good

Had a problem at this location. You are charged a credit card fee, from a small handwritten sign at the register, then charged a tip unless you can see under the tapped over numbers to select your own tip or no tip. Then they were out of straws, out of napkins, out of lids, and when attempting to speak w/ customer service corp you are ignored. Do not waste your money at this store!

Stopped here for a quick bite. Fascinating rest area and that too on the busiest I90 highway. Tried their Spinach Stromboli and Red pasta. The food was ok and the service was quick. I have to admit that it was a bit pricey. You can give them a try if you want to try something new.
