Paul Bunyan Sub Shop - Bemidji

Although the shop was nice and clean, all four of our orders were made wrong (it was the lunch rush, I get that), the bread was quite stale (maybe it was extra humid that day), I met with disbelief that I preferred a veggie sandwich (at least there was an option), the tables were dirty, and there was no bike rack.

Delicious sub! We got a club sub on white bread with Italian sauce.

New owners now was like old days when supshop was really good! Open 10am to 10pm every day now!!!

Terrible customer service. Walked in and neither the employees nor the manager cared to look our way. Stood at the register for ten minutes and no one greeted us or took our order. Their lack of communication and awareness is what made us leave with no food.

My wife and I were super excited about trying this sub shop. We waited at the register for about 10 minutes no one greeted us or even looked our way to take our order. There was only one other person in the shop and the employees and manager (or owner? were behind the counter. It seemed they were more concerned with a catering order that was due later that day. We ended up just walking out…I’m also a business owner, so I decided to NOT put a 1 Star review on their Google Page.
