Spork - Bend

We share the Peanut tomatoes curry and it was perfect for a late lunchtime. Loved the crunch of peanuts against the soft texture of curry and jasmine rice. Very tasteful, but I have salt (this is available at the water station). You also have a rice bowl and tacos that both sound good. Maybe try the tacos next, depending on how they make them vegan.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. I tried the Spicy Cauliflower rice bowl and it was outstanding. My husband and I also split the vegan cheesecake for dessert and it was delicious. I wish I could eat here every night during my visit. The atmosphere was fantastic and the staff was excellent. I would give this place 5 stars if I could.

Hubby and I had a great experience with Spork. During the pandemic, order outside the airstream. Then sit on one of two outside rooms, and they bring the food to you. The tofu tacos and spicy fried cauliflowers (both vegan) were incredible. Hubby had a fishtaco he loved and the Thai steak salad he said was okay. He had wine and I had the special: Grapefruit Tamarinde Limette agua fresca, which was very refreshing. We would definitely go back!

So many great veggie and Vegan options. Long line? So what! It was worth the wait. It's a reason to visit Bend all by itself.
