Very good selection of meat and cheeses. Everything is tasteful a restaurant I can recommend to everyone. We will come back for sure!!

The owner gave us amazing service. As an American, this is some of the best steak you ever eat, served with Italian hospitality and attention to detail. The sides were excellent, like the red wine they decanted, are our table. Great ambience and reasonable prices for Kilo meat from the head!

Attention and customer support from the first steps in braceria at the exit! After careful advice on the menu and wine paper it was easy to choose what to taste. Comfortable and welcoming environment that is the perfect environment for the quality of food with refinement and originality. I accept the choice of proposing the excellence of some types of meat and focusing only on this to do it best. Also the choice of the name of the local located in a characteristic alley of the Corso Garibaldi at a step from our wonderful arch of Traiano. I had lunch from Brace in Corso with a friend's party and it was a pleasant discovery! A quiet and welcoming place, a stone's throw from the Arch of Traiano. The menu is wide and the quality of the raw material is of the highest level. I chose as first the pappardelle with porcini mushrooms with cacio di Castelfranco and as according to pork ribs with fries contour. I found both exceptional dishes. The price-quality ratio is also adequate! Congratulations to the owners and staff! I highly recommend this place!

Unfortunately zero stars cannot be put. And yes, because we were very disappointed. It all started well, but then it turned over the frittata as you say. We're smokers and we're out smoking rightly, but the third time we come back we find the screened table and practically despite before we went out to smoke we ordered another course, they apologized saying that they thought we were gone. But how are you kidding us? There was still half a bottle of wine, we had to finish eating potatoes in the grill, we ordered you another course, you saw that we were smokers (we had already gone out a couple of times to smoke), at the box we didn't pass, but how can you think we had gone and shoot a table without first making sure if we were out smoking? Just looking out at the entrance to see we were out there, didn't it? I mean, they made an incredible slap, they're practically inexperienced, and they're still on the road, but a lot. Then think a little that to apologize, they made the supercazzola, as they offered us only two glasses of wine, but it was practically our one, because it was still half a bottle. Unbelievable, never happened. And they brought us a glass of aglianico first and then one of sparkling wine. Mha! In short, gaffe on gaffe and even in the end they made us pay also the digestive. Only one offered to the cashier after paying, but I had to ask him though. Unbelievable. And cherry on the cake... they also had the courage to present a very salty account of almost 90€ in 2 people who despite everything, we from gentlemen paid. And think we only took two cutters, two portions of chips, two desserts and the digestive. At least you had to give us a very interesting discount, or even if you were highly professional, which they don't even know what it means, to apologize you had to offer us the whole dinner and... did not come this negative review and did not lose the customer, but obviously they are not so smart and professional. And to conclude at the box there were 4 other people who complained about the salt account, because in 4 they had magiced little, but the account was 150€. The meat makes it pay by weight of gold. Think that a simple cut of chianina (5/6 pieces of meat in all), they make you pay around 20€ and a tomahawk steak more than 70€, because from them goes to 70€ per kg and a minimum steak weighs 1,3kg. At this place at the end of the dinner, you don't leave serene and think about us with what happened to us. Shame. A disaster, there is definitely better.
