The staff here are friendly, outgoing, and highly skilled. We’ve ordered several cakes for special occasions, and the decorations are always beautifully done.

Normal Kitty Robbins offers a pleasant experience. The ice cream is excellent, and while the staff tends to change frequently, they're always friendly and attractive. The place consistently appears clean, and their cakes, especially custom ones, are fantastic.
