Friendly's - BENSALEM

Always a fantastic spot! The waiter has an impressive memory; he remembers my order and knows about my egg allergy. I was even served a birthday dessert with a lovely medium sunshade!

I understand it was a Friday evening, but there were six tables and booths available, and I had to wait almost 15 minutes to be seated, even though there were only two of us wanting ice cream.

I didn't try the food, but the ice was fantastic, and the atmosphere of the place was delightful.

Food great, but 4 stars cause everyone to look like a NPC no cap. The waiters and even the others who eat there, normal? Istg, I saw a woman staring out the window for an hour. I loved Friendly's as a kid. Decided to go home for some nostalgia. The table and booth were greasy. All of them were. There was food on the floor. Everywhere. The food was nothing to write home about and the service was slow. The fribble was the highlight. They don't even serve crinkle fries anymore. I guess it's true what they say; you can never go home again.
