Little Caesars Pizza - Bensenville

The person who took my order was friendly and helpful, and the professional young lady who assisted me was incredibly sweet. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with the staff and the atmosphere of the restaurant. I will definitely be returning!

The service was quite slow, taking about 5 minutes per customer. With four cars ahead of us, we ended up waiting 20 minutes. The prices have increased again, and the pizza was just okay.

Carmello was a very helpful person and understanding to my weird needs. He was very fast. I was a walk in. I drove my bobtail in there ordered and was out the door. It's 654 pm on a busy night. They need more like him working

Avoid this location .. online app system didn?t work and after waiting 15 minutes longer finally went in and the pizza was waiting. Got home to cold pizza and worse made with very little sauce and cheese. No apologies and didn?t even feel like calling as there was a line of cars waiting in the drive through and a few in the lobby. Maybe visited at the wrong day .. but go to another Caesars if you can

Place is ran by teenagers. They move slowly and inefficient. They don't know how to take orders or cut pizza. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and when I got it 20 minutes later than expected, the pizza wasn't even cut completely. I literally couldn't even grab a slice. The pizza is never cut completely to the bottom. Management needs to hire new people with experience.
