Chili's Grill - Benton Harbor

The place was pretty empty, maybe 1/4 full. Our server was forgetful, bringing appetizer out after the meal showed up and only because we asked where it was. Refills were slow to receive. Of the 4 meals ordered, 2 were hot, 2 were not. The flavor was good.

Cleanliness of the whole facility was below average. The restaurants were horrible Rosas leaking faucet missing tiles leaking urinals. Ordered a to go and they said in order they decided to send the to go order with the sit in order mind you the to go order had ice cream included in it and they sent it at the same time. The salad was nothing but white old lettuce there was nothing green about it. Walked by the kitchen the kitchen looked in disarray and disgusting and Ashley deterred me from even wanting to eat the food which I by the way did not even eat because I was so disgusted by what I saw. This place is totally mismanaged and he’s totally on the par. I knew there was a reason why this was the only place in town I was able to get into was trying to wait next time I’m just going to wait at the other restaurants to get in and probably get a decent clean facility and good meal to eat

Tried to eat here today and was immediately told upon walking in that we'd have to wait at least 10 minutes to sit down because of shift change. Don't think that's what you should tell four families who walk in together, so we took our money elsewhere and were greeted kindly, sat immediately, and able to order immediately at a restaurant very close by. Have also tried to order ahead online many times to no avail. Chili's Corporate should make sure this restaurant is accurately representing their brand.

Had 3 adults and 2 children. Restaurant was nearly empty. Told it’d be a 10-20 minute way. The toilet paper was out. Told the hostess who did nothing. She hid behind the kitchen when we needed to ask her a question. Literally horrible. We left and got much better service.

Most of the time we can't get in unless we have to wait about a half hour. I don't wait more than 15-20 minutes and go else where. I don't have any trouble getting in at Applebee's, Bob Evans, Cracker Barrel and most the smaller places. But Chilies is always understaffed and never more than half full. Went there tonight for my grandkids birthday, triplets, that's were they wanted too go, and they would not seat us. They had room but would not seat 7 even after we told them it was there they wanted too go for their birthday dinner. The waiter went to talk to the manager but was told no. Something wrong here, most places have no problem seating people. It is only a problem if they are full but not Chili's they have a problem half full. What is wrong with Chili's in St Joseph, Michigan. I think I will stick with the smaller private owned restaurants. Good food and good service.
