Ihop - Benton Harbor

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. It seemed like the waitress truly hated her job. When I went to put my son in a high chair, it was dirty with egg and other food. We kindly asked the waitress if she could clean it, and instead of helping, she made a mess by sweeping food everywhere. Then she awkwardly placed the high chair back at the table, inadvertently hitting my partner in the process. When she finally approached us again, her only question was whether we wanted drinks. We decided to leave instead of addressing our concerns, and in the chaos, they even forgot our baby's bottle. I was left thinking, "Wow, what terrible customer service." We will definitely not be coming back. Just to note, this was my first experience at this location, and it has not been a good one. Thank you.
