Wendy's - Benton Harbor

I've been coming here for years, at least twice a week. Tommie consistently goes above and beyond. He has a fantastic attitude and genuinely cares for every customer. I even mentioned to the manager how great his service is. This young man really puts in the extra effort to brighten your day, and we need more people like him in today's world. So make sure to stop in and see Tommie. I hope the management takes note because he definitely deserves recognition for his efforts.

Although it had the potential to be a negative experience, the staff handled the situation with great professionalism and swiftly fixed their mistake without any excuses. They truly went above and beyond. The location is excellent for grabbing a burger. Great job, everyone! Keep it up!

I had good *AND* bad experiences here, but the food is usually at point hours say open at 6 o'clock, but dining room not open until 8:00 from 10/10/22

It's hard to please people when the workers don't pay attention. After repeating my order several times it was still wrong. The gentleman before me got a wrong order too. It wasn't that busy. However it was very clean, well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. They were out of several products. I was there on a Monday.

Absolutely a SH!T SHOW! the worst, slowest service ever! Soooo LAZY! And RUDE. ENTITLED people obviously. Thanks Biden! THEY DONT REALIZE OUR MONEY PAYS THEIR CHECKS! But they were raised to think they are doing us a favor when they hand us things we pay for!!!! Down rite disgusting!
