Western Sizzlin Steak More - Benton

This is one of the best remaining Western Sizzlin restaurants in the state. A fire about a decade ago led to the construction of this newer location, which means the building is much more modern compared to other sites in Arkansas. Be sure to ask for Cheddar Rolls if they're not available at the bar.

The food and service at this Western Sizzlin are truly outstanding! I highly recommend this place! It has it all—from a fresh salad bar to a well-maintained main buffet filled with delicious options. The steaks are incredible, and the Gold Dust Seasoning adds a fantastic flavor. Plus, the buffet is included with your steak, making it an unbeatable value! Scrumptious Steak, Great Buffet/Salad Bar. After Colton's fillet mignon on Thursday night (no spices, not even salt, and way overcooked), I thought I would try West Sizzlin on my way back from Little Rock on Friday. Results: Great steak, well salted, tender and seasoned with the western Sizzlin spices I love. Potato baked almost twice as large as Colton's in the night before. Steak cooked like I ordered: medium rare. A bowl of chocolate ice cream rejoiced and cleaned the palate after a delicious meal. Bottom Line: If you are in Benton, don't stop at Colton's, but go next to West Sizzlin. You'll be glad you did it! Thank you. Elgin Hamner, for a first-class operation!

In our opinion, they are way better than Golden Corral. They have an extensive and better quality salad bar. They had a potato and taco salad bar. We went there on a Saturday night and they had sirloin steak that was seasoned well and it was tender. The chicken fingers and onions rings were hand battered. Their fried chicken was juicy and crispy! They had 3 to 4 kinds of fish. We loved the pan fried trout and the baked imported fish. They had good tasting desserts, ice cream, and a chocolate fountain. The restaurant is pretty big and there is a lot of tables for small and big groups. We will be back!
