Bidra med feedbackAbout a week ago i took my family out to mcdonalds was in drive thru. Placed order thought was little cheap so had repeat order. Repeated everything i ordered. But when i got to get my food there was no fries. So i told them i was missing 2 fries. He had me check receipt. I said sorry can i just order 2 then. He goes pull forward come inside and use the kiosk. I said sorry but iam not doing that already waiting 20+ minutes. Then employee stormed off so i thought he was ringing me in. Comes back and throws a bag of fries at me spilling all over me amd my car. Not handing them to me literally throws them and says get the hell outta here were busy. I was caught off gaurd like what the heck just happened. Then i said i wanted to speak with manager which didnt even appologize for employee but hands me a small frie to make up for it.... so not only food thrown at me but then yelled at by staff dont plan return.
Ordered a Bacon Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese... and they forgot the bacon. Brought it back to the counter, they apologized, and they cooked a new one for me.Place was clean and other than the mishap which was resolved, everything was good.

In the past we have had good service, but, this is the second time in the past 2 weeks that we have ordered and found that our order was missing items that we paid for but did not RECEIVE. Not talking about straws and napkins either. Last time was a Big Mac, this time a 10 piece Chicken McNugget. VERY DISSAPOINTING!!! We used the app hoping for accuracy and convenience. All we get at this location is short orders. I think we will be avoiding this location from now on.
