Pig roast with dumpling average! Bissal fat, packed sauce and the portion of potato salad with cucumber was extremely small! I have to laugh right now! Great plus the controls! Flott, nice and totally friendly!!

We were travelling from Munich to Salzburg and decided to go check out Hitler's Eagles Nest in Obersalzburg on the way. The weather wasn't great so we ducked into this restaurant hoping to get something hot to eat before we continued. Our server informed us...that they did not have any menus and that all that was available was soup, tea, coffee, water and beer. We thought that was very odd but ordered some nice vegetable soup to warm us up. It was tasty but the bill came to Euros! For soups and tap water?? Are you kidding me?? Definitely stay away from here unless you need to use the bathroom or want to admire the view.

Staff can’t add up items. I bought what was supposed to be a coke. I don’t know what it was, but it had no fizz and I could see through it. Over priced tourist trap. Thank god I didn’t order food.

Food advertised looks good value. This restaurant wants to make its money on drinks. Water with gas bubbles and tap water (leitungswasser) are all served in a glass (no bottle) and all charged at per glass. Be warned! Service is slow and paying...by credit card is actively discouraged. They want CASH! Food was average at best. The restaurant is very close to the bus station for the Eagles nest and your only nearby food option.
