Il Forno - Bergen

Super excellent place. I ordered the pasta with chicken and it was amazing. Service and environment was nice too. Presentation was beautiful too.

Nice italian restaurant in the centre of Bergen. Sadly no english card. Food was very good and prices average.

The food was a totally okay experience, but do not expect top tier italian tastes. Lasagna was overcooked and not made to order, the cheese on top was also undercooked and rubbery in consistency(the pasta was near consistency of baby food), pasta carbonara portion were on the smaller side, pizza was just okay, but the seafood-pasta was really tasty. Based on the prices, service and overall quality of the food, you can definetely tell that this restaurant caters to tourists that are looking for a quick italian dinner. Waiters messed up our order, forgot to bring water despite us asking for it twice (they brought it the 3rd time), and we also found a hair in the pizza. The place is really packed, if you’re looking for a calm and relaxed dining atmosphere, this is not it. Loud tourists all around.

Very turistic and expensive. Quality of the food is only ok for the cost and services. I have ordered a pasta that came with a small portion and without so much taste.

Cold Raw food Restaurant is clean, well decorated however that's where it all ended. When we arrived there was one other couple in the restaurant we sat down and immediately ordered. We'd been sitting for about 20 minutes after we ordered, another couple tables came in and were seated. Orders started coming out for these other tables, yet no food for us in sight. When we did finally get our food 40 minutes later my pasta was upside down and ice cold, while my husband's pizza was still raw. Not to speculate but if you forgot or made our order wrong maybe you could have at least notified us.
