Mountainside - BERKELEY SPRINGS

I love this place, the staff is always friendly, the food is always great as well as the prices. Looking forward to going back soon. Thanks for dinner, it was great!

My partner I were craving chicken wings decided to give this restaurant a try. We ordered 2 8 piece bone in wings, one BBQ one buffalo. We also ordered a basket of fries. When we sat down to eat our take out, we noticed everything was rather cold, despite picking it up on time. We ate it agreed that the fries were awful, but the wings were fine. We have had worse. Unfortunately, now my partner has terrible food poisoning today I've read other reviews that the culprit is very likely the chicken. Shameful.

This was our first time at this restaurant and we won?t return. We waited a long time to get our drinks. The tea tasted salty so we asked politely to have another drink and were told it was ?the policy? to charge for another drink. (Apparently there?s a policy for when your drink taste like salt.)We were actually charged for tea and the replacement drink when we didn?t drink the tea. The server was incredibly rude. It took forever get our pizza and it wasn?t cooked in the center. The toppings were fresh tho. This was approximately 7pm on a Friday. We noticed two other tables but they had their food already. People also tried to enter and were turned away saying he was closing soon. One star for fresh toppings.

The only thing good were the drinks and fries. chicken was cold, burger wasnt cooked when we asked for well done, house salad had mold on the lettuce. 0/10.

Mountainside is a hit and miss restaurant with my family. We ether love it or we don't . On occasion the pizza isn't wonderful but the staff is always friendly. I always call in orders to pickup, never dined in. Their product is a little over priced but currently, everything is overpriced so I cant be to picky about that. The Hawaiian pizza from here is delicious!
