Mythical Pizza - BERKELEY SPRINGS

First time experience with Mythical Pizza, and it won't be my last! Two slices of pizza and a drink for lunch was only $6.50!!! I can't even get a burger at McDonald's for that these days. The customer service here is amazing, and they'll go out of their way to help you if you're lost on the kiosk (like I was).

Absolutely fantastic. The staff here is amazing and is always willing to go the extra mile. Food comes out hot, fast and delicious. Would highly recommend!

Had good experiences inside the restaurant, till we made the awful mistake of ordering to be delivered on line. Food never showed, Caitlyn (rude) told us it was our problem (because the manager Cal had told her to say that) and we needed to sort it out with DoorDash (according to them as DoorDash is a 3rd party company its nothing to do with them when customers dont get the food they paid for). Refused to replace the order they said was delivered when it wasn't and refused to refund. I posted a negative feedback on their Facebook page of which they decided instead of apologizing and refunding the order I never received, to have a full blown argument instead. Ridiculous. The pizza is good, the attitude towards problem resolution is abysmal.

Now I have admittedly avoided this place for a awhile due to reviews I heard in person. I realized I havent given them a fair shot so I did and I can say I do not regret a second of it. Pizza is of a good higher quality than your standard pizza chains such as Dominos, Pizza Hut, and Papa Johns and definitely better than anything else in the immediate area. Their portions are solid, they dont skimp on topping when you ask for extra. On top of not skimping on toppings the toppings themselves are great quality, real fresh spinach, mushrooms that dont taste like they came from a can. On top of this they also have more toppings than your average pizzeria and dont overcharge ridiculous prices for them. I have picky eaters in my family and friends who dont care about red sauce so pesto sauce was great alternative they actually loved. Overall its a great place to eat with only problem I found not even being their fault and something that can be avoided of you can go in yourself and save yourself a door dash fee.

The food is consistently delicious! Unfortunately, my recent order was missing the fantastic balsamic drizzle, which was disappointing.
