Bidra med feedbackThe food, ambience and wine were very good but the service was spoiled completely when our guest asked for a glass of water, just tap water. The waitress went into overdrive claiming that they were only here to make money and sell water. Very angrily fetched a glass of water and then systematically kept removing items each time she passed the table, there goes the bread, there goes unfinished wine glass ....
We had business in Siemensdamme, so going to a restaurant in Spandau was very convenient. It's a bit off the beaten path, but worth the search. The house itself is very quaint, and there is a large outside seating area with a view of the lake at sunset. The food is very, very good, the portions perfect, the prices reasonable, and the service attentive. Michael is a wonderful host, giving this eatery a personal touch. I will go back every time I return to Berlin.
The restaurant has moved and is now located on the pichelssee, just about another 10 min busride from its original location. It has a absolutly gogeous view of the lake and breathtaking sunsets. If you want and can you can even dock your boat at their doc for the evening while you dine either on their large porch or inside. I have been going there for the same dish since I was a child. They are by far the best place to eat real authentic italian noodles at that I know of. Order the noodles with lamb or the pfefferlinge or the vodka salmon sauce. Those are the absolut hits. But especially the lamb noodles with arugula! They will hit anyones spot! This is one of the only restaurants where I forget that I am vegetarian. Another bonus is that you can get as many olives, green and black, as well as home made bread for free before any meal as you want. Their other appetizers are very good as well, especially their antipasti platter. there is a little downside to their kitchen though. They are not the best at pizzas or deserts. Dont take me wrong they taste good, but just not anything close as their noodles! SO GET THEIR NOODLES. For a desert I would suggest especially their cherrie and the other alcohols, which are rather exquisit! The prices are very reasonable. There is no noodle dish above 10 euros, pizzas go up to 12 max. The seafood and meat dishes are a little pricier with up to 25-30 euros. One thing not to forget is that they are a family busines with father, daughter and mother who work there as well as some close friends who have waitered and cooked there for years. Marco the main owner is a lovely person and really makes you feel welcome. So all in all I love this place. I love their noodles, cherry and bread. I love the ambiance and atmosphere.
This is the fancier version of the more basic italian restaurant Rafih on the other side of Teufelsseestrasse. Il passetto is located inside the old S-Bahnstation Heeerstrasse. They do make great Vitello tonnato , there pasta dishes are pretty good as well. I am not so fond of the 80s architecture of the restaurant , but if you concentrate on the food you 't be disappointed..Staff is ver friendly .Il passetto has outside seating which is nice during the warmer months.
Dropped in for lunch. Popular with Berliners who presumably come here specifically as there's little else around with it being on one of the main thoroughfares. Good selection of traditional Italian dishes and friendly staff happy to help.
