Bidra med feedbackWhen we went to berlin on holiday, we stumbled around in the city and thought of an early dinner. the restaurant maharaja was just there, so we thought we were tasting Indian food today. the owner and his wife were both so nice. we were there at 17 o'clock when they just opened. we were a little hesitating to go in. but then we were so warmly welcomed by a owner. they gave us the feeling of being as comfortable as all the restaurants were empty. the food was very delicious and was served in very good amount. we had 2 drinks, papadams, main dish and rice and the bill was only about 25 €. very good price, great interieur and hygienic restaurant. I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant if they have lust on Indian food.
We ate here on holiday in berlin. the visit was worth it. we had a really tasty and delicious meal. it is a family-run restaurant. the service was excellent. the ambiente of the restaurant was very nice and relaxed. the food was excellent. probably the best Indian food we had so far. we can recommend this hotel to anyone looking for decent Indian food.
Unfortunately, it was not as good as we expected from the reviews. really, really friendly and good tikka masala, although the portion was rather small, but the papadams were standing off and seemed to have been erected incorrectly (they were also pfeffer - perhaps we should have noticed it). they said they hadn't done them themselves and they had become wet from bad weather. they made us even more perfect. the peshwari naan had no rusty (actually a rusty) or mandling and the resistance was completely wrong. again they made a new one and it was great. good. sweet leti too thin and not sweet. they were very nice people, so we gave them a 3 - otherwise it would have been a 2.
That was delicious. suggests: samosas, chicken soup, lamb vindaloo, chicken tikka and butter, lamb corma, garlic naan and Biryani rice. Indian beer fits better to eat, so ask for her beer instead of for German. the owner accepted our order and was very hospitable and full of energy. she helped us in order and was so friendly to call a taxi after eating. with distance the best eating in berlin.
A restaurant a little off the very busy tauentzienstraße. the device is simple and pleasant. the staff is not very talkable, but friendly and efficient. we took an appetizer menu, a suppe, a main dish and a dessert for 35 € for two people, very reasonable prices. good and sufficient quantity. a good discovery.
