Schleusenkrug - Berlin

This day began with a journey that began on Warsaw Street and led us to the Hansa Bridge. We went there to explore the Berlin Tiergarten. This tour eventually led us to the Schleusenkrug, an old food restaurant with half self-service (ordering drinks and food at the counter, self-service drinks, foods are brought to the table). The small restaurant with a large beer garden had done it to us in this weather. The beer garden was already well visited. We were looking for a place on a table with a super comfortable anatomically shaped bench. We had brought water and wheat beer out of the counter and abandoned the order of two daily dishes. Day flare and lentil soup with sausage. There is only a small selection of dishes, but at least what we ate was delicious. The idea with the grill certainly attracts many guests. In addition to four barbecue dishes, the regular card offers three types of flame cake and ten other dishes. In addition, three breakfast options and various day offers that can be found in the tables. During the waiting period we saw the guests and rejoiced that the many house puppets were not hunted and hunted, as often elsewhere. After a short waiting period, soup and flame cakes were brought to the table and above all the flame cake enjoyed us through its sight and taste. The thin, crispy and well seasoned flame cake was covered with fresh yellow, green and red pepper pieces and tomato pieces. After my love, she has ever eaten one of the best flame cakes. My lens soup didn't taste like pure bags or soup. Well done. Above all, you taste much better than the Berliner potato soup that I should be served elsewhere in the evening. Lentil soup with sausage In the meantime, the grill had also been put into operation, and delicious barbecue flotation was pulled through the garden. But we were first saturated and wanted to continue. We say: Happy again, recommended.
