Mariachi Serenata Mexicana

These guys are SCAMMERS!! Zero stars!! They are also a under a different name Mariachi Los Palmeros . They took my money and NEVER showed up to my event this past Saturday 9/17/22. I found another person who they scammed as well. They booked her event on the same day as mine and never showed up. Wont return her calls or money ether. Now they dont answer calls or return our money!! DO NOT HIRE!!!!

On time and played well. Did not pay attention to detail as I had instructed them what songs I wanted and at what particular moment. Longer breaks than expected including lunch... so you really don't get the time you pay for.

Very unprofessional booked them for March 13 2021 for 2 hours made my 200 deposit. Called the day of to confirm and said there was a slight problem that he had booked me for another date. Which that is a lie his invoice clearly says March 13 for 2 hours. He said he could make it at 7ish which is 2 hours late. Of course I said no so my event stayed with out a mariachi and it was to late to book another. Very disappointed will never recommend to anyone after my experience

DO NOT HIRE THIS SO CALLED MARIACHI Late to our wedding ceremony , not 5 or 10 minutes. 30 minutes They do not respect their own contracts. They wanted to change what time they will play at MY WEDDING and after we said no they just didnt show up! Very unprofessional. And im sure im not the first person they have done this too.
