El Mezquite - Bernal

The restaurant made a special reservation for us, as they were closed during our time of visit. The view whilst dining from the garden is absolutely amazing. The dishes were traditional and very well prepared (Stuffed chili with local cheeze, stuffed chili with pomegranate and the special sweet and spicy chicken). all in all one of the best places we've eaten during our trip!

Stopped by for breakfast. The view of the Pena is great and the mesquite tree is beautiful. The food and coffee was regular.

Although the menu includes main typical Mexican food, the service is very slow. Last weekend I went with my family and the waiter forgot some of us to be served, he got confused with beverages and at the end the check was a complete mess. It is a pity because the restaurant is well located and the view to the Peña is magnificent!

Restaurant is really nice and has an awesome view to the Peña. Unfortunately the food is not great and specially don't ask for meat! Prices are average. On the other hand it has a great view so the place it's recommended for taking beautiful pictures and to enjoy a nice drink!

The restaurant is really well located and has an amazing view, although the best spots are reserved for bar service only. Food was acceptable, and prices are affordable. Service, sadly, was really bad and slow.
