Barbacoa - BERNALDA

The place is located in the historic center and has been obtained from a former stable, today it is well redeveloped and the long barrel vault made of brick gives a cozy air to guests. It is a very well-stocked braceria of national and foreign meats, but there is no shortage of tasty involtini (gnumm'rieddi that well knows the director Francis Ford Coppola, who in the village has a resort). The meat is cooked with good hand, good appetizers with meats and cheeses from Basilicata. Notable wine charter, good desserts even if the choice is limited. Very precise and fast service, friendliness is a bonus that does not abound from these parts of Italy. A defect, however, must be reported, even if venial: it is not possible to pay by credit card, only with ATM at least for now. To return soon, it is only open for dinner.
