Mcdonald's - Berrien Springs

I would not give this restaurant a star if I could. They did not provide us with the 20 nuggets we ordered online. When we got home and realized the mistake, my friend went back to the restaurant. However, the staff was rude and argued with him, telling him to leave and insisting they were not in the wrong. To make matters worse, the food was not good and we felt like we were being ripped off. We will never return to this place. The service is poor, the food is always cold, and it's always slow.

I stopped at McDonald's after a football match and it was possibly the worst experience I've ever had. We waited 5 minutes at the register before anyone even acknowledged our presence. It took almost 20 minutes to receive our food, and when we finally did, it was the wrong order. Despite there being only two other customers in the restaurant, the bathroom was out of order with only one working sink. The tables were scratched and the seating was worn. To top it off, they gave me a regular chicken sandwich when I had ordered a spicy one. Definitely do not recommend dining here!

I observed four employees preparing their own meals in the kitchen and leaving me to wait for my food to be made. The floor was dirty, with a hair on one of the employee's pants that looked like it had been there for months. She dragged her dirty pants legs behind her as she worked. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The whole crew should be let go.

Corrected with the order, burger was freshen mayo was more on wrapper. fry was hot, not fresh.

Got a quarter pounder with mac sauce and this is what i got. ??
