Eric's New Asian Cafe - Berthoud

I had an awful experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I've never encountered such rudeness from anyone in the food industry. The owner told me, "Look at the menu, then you call!" He claimed I had placed my order incorrectly, and when I tried to discuss it with him, he told me, "You talk too much!" while waving his hand dismissively. I'm still shocked that someone in charge of a business would treat their customers like this.

The customer service we encountered was truly disappointing. On Valentine's Day, my husband wanted to treat me to one of my favorite meals, but since we have children, we rarely get to enjoy Asian cuisine. When my husband went to pick up our order, the cashier made a derogatory comment, implying that he was too lazy to cook for me. I was shocked by this behavior. Despite the fact that this restaurant is conveniently located near our home, we will not be returning. Such rudeness and lack of respect are completely unacceptable.

I visited this restaurant twice in the last month, and both experiences were outstanding. The dishes featured perfectly crunchy and tender vegetables, accompanied by sauces that were rich in flavor. The hot and tangy soup was also delightful, boasting a silky broth with a nice spicy kick.

The food here is consistently excellent and always delicious. Whether you're looking for something spicy or prefer it milder, they can accommodate your request. They are dedicated to ensuring you get exactly what you want, every time you visit. You can count on them to deliver a great dining experience!

Without a doubt, this is the best restaurant in the area. The food is consistently hot and generously portioned. If we're not having pho, this is the only Asian restaurant we choose to visit around here.
