Mobile orders must be picked up inside the restaurant. I thought I should tell you that before she yells at you through the drive through speaker and tells you to take it up with her GM. GM. Please reach out to me. I teach customer service. I may be able to help you. .
Was almost rejected overnight despite this location being 24/7. Was told they were no longer accepting orders but once told we had an online order the only individual there staring prepping our order. Short staffed and clearly mismanaged
