Wide selection of Catalan foods at a very reasonable price. Includes everything, pica-pica, grilled meats, vegetables, prepared meats and fish, salads, wines, waters, coffee, teas, desserts, all in unlimited amounts. Good quality, freshly prepared, and the terrace overlooking the famous bridge is a wonderful spot to enjoy everything you like. Things I liked were grilled cansalada, grilled secreto, habitas (favas) amb butifara negra, cargols en salsa, bacalao amb xainfaina, patatas de Olot, coca (bizcocho o torta) amb ratafia, mel i mato, and chocolate from the chocolate fountain.

Just stunningly excellent vfm. Beautiful setting and the food was faultless. Where else can you have escargot and full globe artichokes cooked perfectly in a buffet? It was insanely good. Go, travel any distance to get there. You will not be disappointed.

Fabulous food, choice, wine , beer ...all first class. Dessert s were wonderful, chocolate fountain and ice cream, Finishing with coffee. Lovely staff, very clean, good ambience. Excellent value. Thankyou to all staff.

Free buffet option in Besalú, I think the only one in the village. at price/quality is not bad. There are not many options, but it is homemade and more elaborate than in other buffets.

We didn't see anything special to eat. rather battle meal like any free buffet. the service, yes, very kind. we went because we went with a baby and it is easier for us than the food to cool while we do lunch shifts but we wouldn't recommend it.
