Mcdonald's - Bessemer

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I had to wait half an hour for my order, and they still got it wrong. You have to place your order on the menu display—how can it still be incorrect? One of the intercoms uses a fake cheerful voice, but when a real person finally responds, they often sound annoyed that you're there. The overall atmosphere of the place feels quite run-down.

Nothing like a Micky D's chocolate shake! Yum. Their fries are brilliant when properly done, they were cold and chew.

Good place, though, if you order many things, expect them to forget something.

Sometimes this place is good and others not so much. They got my drink order wrong and then they pretended it wasn't their place to fix it and wasn't sure what I expected. When I realized that I wanted the right thing I originally ordered, they got something Huffy.

Usually pretty good. The coffee did not have the top on it and my husband spilled it all over him. The girl in the window did not even offer any napkins or even day I am sorry. It was terrible.
