Dunkin' - Bethel

This Dunkin' location is consistently the worst you will ever visit. They frequently get your order wrong and if you order food, it comes out cold and makes them angry. It's better to just find food by foraging in the woods.

The service was terrible. I waited in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes only to be told that they were out of food and doughnuts, and only had drinks available. The car in front of me and the car behind me both received their orders, but when I asked if I could order since the line was shorter, they still said no. This is completely unacceptable. I will never return to this restaurant again.

This restaurant is very slow. We waited in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes and still haven't reached the window. There were only 3 cars ahead of us and they haven't moved. It's 3:30 pm in the afternoon, which is unacceptable. If someone's order is taking too long, they should pull aside so that general coffee orders can be completed. Cars are leaving and the restaurant is losing business. The staff needs to be properly trained and managed.

Everytime I go to the Bethel Dunkin they are out of things. Last time they didn't have any of the bread to make breakfast sandwiches. Like no croissants, english muffins, bagles, anything. Today they were out of both eggs and cheese. When they doactually have food to serve the line is the slowest moving Dunkin line in maybe the universe. If you are in Bethel, go literallyanywhere else.

If you are looking for the slowest, most agonizing, morning experience you definitely want to try this place. 37 minutes in drive thru or 25 minutes waiting inside. Always a delay and never have adequate supplies of donuts. Today they are out ofeverything pumpkin. At 8:25am. Line to the road. Line out the door. Definitely a must try if you want to see what a terriblelocation this truly is.
