Chopt Creative Salad Co. - Bethesda

My first time at this location and at a Chopt Salad. Was favorably impressed. Really nice location. Disappointing we couldn't sit outside as very few tables, but inside was clean and quiet. My salad was vegetarian but super flavorful. It's an interesting and unique concept and I really enjoyed it. I think it's a bit pricey, but my friend paid. Would not hesitate to go back.

This place was so good, why change the menu and dressings ? I’ve tried the new and it’s just not the same anymore.

We were able to find something for everyone. Fresh and creatively prepared. A little on the bland side but nonetheless recommend highly. We ordered for delivery and it came lightning fast

Yet again, Chopt managed to screw up the order .. the exact same order I place every single for Sunday. If they were busy I would understand more but every single time we go, Fish Taco next door is full and Chopt is empty. The worse thing is I called and the so called manager did not take ownership for the issue and asked me to call back on Tuesday or Wednesday to try to speak to the manager when I thought he was the manager? Absolutely no ownership of the mistake. Really bad business going on there ..
