Arby's - Bethlehem

I had ordered a sandwich with cheese and red sauce, along with extra cheese and a cup of extra cheese on the side. However, when my sandwich arrived, it had neither cheese nor red sauce, but it did come with two cups of cheese instead.

This is the worst sandwich I've ever received from Arby's. It looked like it had been run over by a truck, and the so-called thinly sliced roast beef was actually thick and unappealing. The sandwich was cold, and the bun was damp and smelled like dish soap.

I'm not sure how they prepared the burger, but it wasn't great. The texture was off, and it was too salty. I would recommend sticking with the roast beef at Arby's and leaving the burgers for someone else.

Pretty much everything was cold. My beef and cheddar had super dry slices of meat that were crusty and weird. The drinks were flat and watered down.

The customer service was excellent. The food was served quickly and at the perfect temperature. The only drawback preventing a perfect five-star rating was the fries.
