Kfc - Bethlehem

The food is good, but I was really let down by the customer service. I waited patiently in the drive-thru for what felt like 5 minutes longer than necessary. When I finally said hello, I was only greeted then. When I inquired about the available sauces, they told me to ask at the window, then proceeded to list the sauces before repeating that I should ask again at the window. I mentioned that I wanted to try the butter and the "carc" sauce. However, when I paid and checked the bags, there were no sauces included. They actually waited for me to ask at the window, despite having heard my request. I visit this place several times a week, but I won’t be returning because my wishes were ignored. Honestly, I give it one star too many. It didn't make sense to go back due to the long line, so we left feeling dissatisfied with our order.

The drive-thru is extremely slow, making me question whether their chicken is cooked to order.

I'm actually obsessed with KFC as a fast food place, although it's not close to my house: . When I'm on my way, I'm always looking for them. Their filling boxes are so much and their famous bowl is good with children! Pot pie is also delicious. Peace Chicken is the obvious star here, but everything is good!!

If you order online make sure you go to the correct door and ring the bell. Don't sit in the drive though like I did which is what it said on the app. Some more signs would really help. Chicken sandwich was good.

I visited this restaurant today and arrived at 8:45 PM to find a longer line than usual. After waiting until 9:08 PM to reach the order window, the employee informed me they were closed, even though they had just taken an order from the car in front of me. I checked their website, which clearly states they close at 10 PM. I then drove to the front door and saw a sign confirming that they are indeed open until 10 PM, just as the website indicated. Returning to the window, I requested to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, the manager lied and told me they were closed because they had run out of product. This experience was incredibly disappointing and has made me hesitant to return.
